THE DIVA FOUNDATION AWARD AND RECOGNITION PROGRAM
The DIVA Foundation Award and Recognition Program is composed of four (4) categories of recognition for contributions related to advancing women’s health and well-being.
1. The DIVA Award for Outstanding Contributions to Women’s Health
and Well-Being
2. The DIVA Citation
3. The DIVA Scholarship/Research Grant

DEFINITIONS
1. The DIVA Award for Outstanding Contributions to Women’s Health and Well-Being
The DIVA Award for Outstanding Contributions to Women’s Health and Well-Being recognizes individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to furthering women’s health and well-being. This award is the highest expression of recognition and celebration for exceptional achievements in furthering women’s health and well-being.
The award consists of a certificate signed by the President of the DIVA Foundation, a unique DIVA commemorative, and a donation to a charitable organization related to women’s health and well-being of the recipient’s choice.
The DIVA Citation recognizes individuals and organizations that have provided extraordinary humanitarian help, care, or services to individuals, families, groups, or communities or that have supported humanitarian causes. Recipients have demonstrated qualities such as compassion, generosity, sensitivity, and respect.
The citation consists of a certificate signed by the President of the DIVA Foundation, a unique DIVA commemorative, and a donation to a charitable organization related to women’s health and well-being of the recipient’s choice.
3. The DIVA Scholarship/Research Grant
The DIVA Scholarship/Research Grant is awarded to support a student engaged in research or education related to women’s health and well-being.
The DIVA Scholarship/Research Grant includes funding for the student and a certificate signed by the President of the DIVA Foundation.
4. The DIVA Letter of Recognition
The DIVA Letter of Recognition provides timely acknowledgement of individuals or organizations whose work has contributed to the enhancement of women’s health and well-being.
The recognition consists of a letter of appreciation signed by the
President of the DIVA Foundation.
